Create entire training programs, manuals and videos on a domestic and international scale. - Led the development and production of the world tour event videos for TSMC, while adhering to strict Taiwanese standards; effectively demonstrated product functions and applicability.
- Directed and supervised an effective training video for Thoratec Corporation (First Responders) by researching numerous physician manuals and interviewing cardiac specialists and paramedics. Involved nationwide and multi-location shoot.
- Launched Shea Homes’ promotional videos and propelled large events; innovated a community-based Kite Festival, which bolstered sales by 400%.
- Earned a Telly Award for creating an award winning, recruiting video and company history video for Kyphon Global, which was named as the 9th best place to work in America.
